PW Series includes polymer guide wheels running on an anodized aluminum linear track channel designed to provide a more economical choice for lighter duty applications where highly smooth operation is not as critical.

SW Series includes carbon steel guide wheels running on a hardened bearing grade carbon steel linear track channel for larger loads and smooth operation.
CR Series includes stainless steel guide wheels that run on a linear track channel which is a composite of stainless steel linear track and anodized aluminum base material, and is ideal for medium loads where corrosion resistance is required.
Polymer Wheel Series UtiliTrak is a lightweight solution for light to medium duty transport applications, and offers the lowest installed cost in its class, corrosion resistance, low noise, and wear resistance.

NEW Vee/Crown Series UtiliTrak incorporates a versatile wheel design which can run on both vee and open track. It is ideal for medium to heavy duty transport applications, and offers high speeds, excellent load capacity, smooth antifriction operation, and debris tolerance.
Wheel Plate Assemblies
UtiliTrak wheel plate assemblies are compact linear guide bearing blocks with pre-installed linear guide wheels and feature integrated track wiping lubricators. They are for use with UtiliTrak linear guide tracks. One or more wheel plate assemblies can be used per length of linear track. The PW series has polymer over-molded guide wheels in 90-degree vee, and crown roller versions and is available in smaller sizes of 0, 1 and 2. The SW series has hardened and precision ground steel wheels in 90-degree vee, and crown roller version and is available in larger sizes 1, 2 and 3. Standard wheel plates have 3 guide wheels and include 2 fixed location concentric wheels, and 1 adjustable location eccentric wheel for field adjustable fit-up to linear guide track. Additional options are available with 4-wheel and 5-wheel assemblies for larger mounting surfaces and larger load capacities. The PW and SW series wheel plates are made of CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum with clear anodizing and include plastic end caps with lubricated wiping felts to sweep away debris and apply lubricating oil. The CR series version is for corrosion resistant requirements and features a 3-wheel design of stainless steel wheels and an underside mounted stainless steel lubricator holder.
The two outside guide wheels are concentric, while the center wheel(s) are eccentric. Fit up is pre-set at the factory, but is easily adjusted by rotating the eccentrically mounted center guide wheels. This allows modification of running characteristics such as drag, breakaway force and running friction.
Each assembly includes a standard lubricator, which distributes a light coat of oil along the length of the channel during normal operation. Lubrication of the channel increases load, life and speed capacities.
Two types of bridge connection are available. The steel version is available in a variety of widths, and features mounting holes according to customer specifications. The aluminum version features MCS profile extrusions with T-slots for ease of mounting.

The trays extend to provide easy access for the user to add samples to the reagent kits, then get drawn into the analyzer during operation. The reagent kits are scanned using a moving scanner head, which also required guided motion.
