A semiconductor equipment OEM contracted with Wisecarver Automation (WA) to migrate a Siemens S7-200 PLC to the latest Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200. WA migrated the application software, replicating the legacy operation in order to provide a drop-in replacement system fully compatible with the existing system.
