Manual Linear Guide Systems
Bishop-Wisecarver, together with our partner HepcoMotion, offers the widest range of guide wheel-based linear motion solutions in the world. Our linear guide products are available in several sizes to accommodate loads of all types, from light to heavy. Our linear guide product offering is suitable for use in numerous applications, such as machine designs requiring incorporation of linear guide products into the machine structure. We also offer motor mounts for our linear guide products for applications that require a separate drive unit. Carbon, stainless steel, and polymer versions are available to suit any application environment.
Simple Select provides customers with an easy ready-to-mount linear guide based on HepcoMotion's popular GV3 slide system. Simple Select linear guides are available in sizes from 20mm to 76mm to accommodate loads from 685 to 10,000 N.
The UtiliTrak linear guide is a narrow, compact profile solution that is ideal for using two parallel systems, where the vee side serves as the motion guide and the roller side compensates for misalignment. UtiliTrak is available in SW Series steel, PW Series polymer with aluminium channel or CR Series composite stainless steel where a corrosion resistant linear guide is required.
For high load applications, choose the HDS2 linear guide product line. Or for a completely stainless steel linear guide, select the SL2. MinVee offers a miniature linear guide that is ideally suited for semiconductor, laboratory, medical and packaging applications. LoPro is available in both actuated and non-actuated linear guide versions and DualVee and GV3 offer guided motion componentry to suit a wide range of linear guide applications.
