Area Sales Manager - West/North
We are seeking a Production Planner / Scheduler located in our Pittsburg, CA headquarters. This role can be hybrid working from the facility at least 3 days per week. This individual plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Opens, verifies and closes jobs in ERP system. The ideal candidate has a high level of energy, self-direction, accountability and has proven systems to foster a collaborative environment.
Sales Manager - International Distribution
We are growing our sales force and seeking a Sales Manager - International Distribution to define, lead and implement commercial strategies for Distribution Sales and Services to grow sales and market share. Responsible to organize, manage and motivate distribution commercial teams to drive the company towards becoming a leading supplier for linear and rotary motion products. Responsible to ensure regional/customer specific strategies and practices are consistent and aligned with company strategies to meet growth goals. Must have strong capabilities in all areas of business management and a thorough understanding of the Eastern Bloc, Middle East, and Asia market / distribution dynamics, pricing, competition, industry demands. Works with all sales companies and commercial teams to meet / exceed operating results against budgets.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Engineering team. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will serve as an integral contributor to the BW Engineering Department. You will be involved in various functions spanning the entire product line including both existing products and new product development. This person shall be an energetic, hands-on creative problem solver that is effective in collaborating across all facets of the business. This role will report to the Director of Engineering.
