Pittsburg, Calif. – June 9, 2020 – Bishop-Wisecarver (BW), a trusted industrial automation company offering proven linear and rotary motion solutions that are expertly designed and delivered to perform, today announced that it has strengthened its management team with four new appointments that bring extensive experience, vision and resources to the 70-year old manufacturing business.

Jeff Ceurter – Director of Engineering
Jeff Ceurter has joined the company as Director of Engineering. Jeff has more than twenty years of success as a design engineer and manager, overseeing new product development teams and initiating product and process improvements. His previous experience includes roles at Universal Dynamics, Klein Tools, Alpine, and in the U.S. Army Reserves. Jeff’s background will help him lead and develop the Bishop-Wisecarver engineering team to deliver innovative solutions for customers. He will drive new product development and custom solutions to meet specific customer defined requirements that reinforce the company’s Signature Experience.

Scott Havener – Eastern Sales Manager
Scott Havener has joined the company as Eastern Sales Manager. Scott’s background includes 25 years at NSK where he started as a manufacturing engineer and was promoted multiple times to include leadership roles in engineering management, new business development and linear motion products management. Scott’s extensive background will help him lead the Eastern region sales team by executing on opportunities that provide new sources of revenue, markets and capabilities, while enhancing relationships and business opportunities with key existing customers. He will also own the Eastern sales operations utilizing sales processes, sales channel management, key account development and customer service.

Jason Pappas – Director of Marketing
Jason Pappas has joined the company as Director of Marketing. Jason’s background includes more than 20 years at companies such as PureRED Integrated Marketing, BevMo! and Safeway where he successfully led digital, social, print and email campaigns driving high customer engagement and satisfaction. Jason’s experience will help him implement strategic marketing and advertising campaigns showcasing Bishop-Wisecarver’s unique product line and Signature Experience for customers.

Dan Passero – Director of Sales
Dan Passero has been promoted to Director of Sales. He was most recently the Director of Distribution Sales for Bishop-Wisecarver, where he successfully increased the channel by 25 percent over three years. With nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience in companies including RSA and NSK, Dan brings a unique insight and commitment to helping solve automation challenges of customers across multiple industries.
