Regional Sales Manager
We currently have a full time position open for Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate for this position would be responsible for the following:
- Responsibility for the sale of company products through Independent Sales Representatives and Authorized Distributor networks.
- Oversee the Southeastern Region
- Aggressively pursue new account development
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the territory
- Conduct product and application training at OEM and Distributor locations
- Participate in the development of literature and promotional materials/activities, trade exhibitions, and competitive analysis
- Utilize CRM to provide status on quotes and leads, update contact information and write effective trip reports
- Travel as required to effectively manage territory
The ideal candidate should posses the following:
- Four year college degree preferred
- Minimum of eight years experience with sales in the Automation/Motion and Control industry
- Demonstrated prior success in achieving results using team driven philosophies
- Demonstrated proficiency in supporting corporate interest from remote site locations
- Ability to communicate effectively and exercise very positive people skills.
