Two standard lengths have been made available for every size unit in the style one carriage.
Can the flat rails be supplied in P1 (precision ground) grade without holes?
No, holes are required to hold and position the rails during the grinding process.
Can the rack driven carriages be used for a vertical lifting application?
The rack driven carriage uses a fine pitch un-hardened rack. It was designed for use in horizontal travel and is not typically recommended for vertical applications.
