Commitment Cited in Helping Women in Manufacturing and STEM Careers

Pittsburg, Calif. – June 7, 2016 – Bishop-Wisecarver Group (BWG), a WBENC-certified, woman-owned family of companies that offer guidance solutions, contract specialty manufacturing and mechatronic-based engineering services, recently announced that president Pamela Kan was awarded the prestigious Mary Lehman MacLachlan Economic Empowerment Award from the Women President’s Organization (WPO) at the group’s annual conference in April. The award is considered one of WPO’s most prestigious honors.
