In this role, you will be the backbone of administrative support, ensuring her time is utilized efficiently and helping to foster productive interactions across our team and with the public. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from administrative tasks to spearheading initiatives independently. As the Secretary of the Company, you'll play a pivotal role in organizing our Board of Directors and Board of Advisors meetings. Moreover, with plans to bring on a COO by the end of 2024, your role may extend to supporting this key individual as well.

Chief Operating Officer
We are seeking a newly created role of Chief Operating Officer to partner with Pamela Kan, President/Owner in realizing the vision set out for the company: Diversity in mechatronics. The COO will oversee all commercial and operational aspects of the business, including product development, engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities. Finance/Accounting and Human Resources will continue to report to the President/Owner. The successful candidate will have responsibility for and leadership experience in several of the following areas: applications engineering, product development, manufacturing, business development, sales, and marketing. The ability to lead these functions and a demonstrated skill in successfully growing revenue in both existing and new applications are essential. Technical knowledge and expertise are foundational. It is not a requirement that candidates have previously served as a COO. In fact, our preference is to invite someone who has not yet served but is positionally prepared to step into this role.

Sr. Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the BW Team as Sr. Sales Manager who will be responsible for the success of revenue generation and growth for BW and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive can-do attitude, impeccable integrity, and excellent communication skills. This position will report to the President/Owner, and eventually to the COO, and is best suited for an experienced salesperson who can lead a sales team to exceed revenue target by selling to a variety of customers in the industrial sector. The candidate of choice is willing to accept the challenge to deliver to our customers best in class engineered solutions for motion products that excel in harsh and extreme environments. This is a home office-based position and can be based in the US near a major airport with travel commensurate with delivering results. The ideal candidate has a high level of energy, self-direction, accountability and has a proven sales history of effectives sales team management by consistently meeting sales targets directly and via third party sales channels.
