We are seeking a new Western Regional Sales Manager, someone who mirrors Bud’s can-do spirit, and who will lead new business development efforts by executing in opportunities that lead to sources of new revenue, new markets, and new capabilities. We need someone with excellent Customer Centric (one of our Core Values) skills, as this role will be working with customers on the entire west coast. Bishop-Wisecarver is an American manufacturer based in Pittsburg, CA. We take pride in engineering and manufacturing linear and rotary motion solutions and providing added value for our global partners.

This position will report to the Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • BS/BA in Business or Engineering is required
  • 5 or more years of industrial sales experience, preferably selling automation and motion control solutions
  • Extensive experience working with and managing manufacturer representative firms is required
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong time management and presentation skills are a must, as are strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM system and sales data base management
  • Proficient in MS applications (e.g. Office 365, SharePoint)
  • Experience with database query and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Crystal Reports)
  • A proven track record of exceptional and sustained sales performance
