Bishop-Wisecarver is seeking a new Senior Marketing Manager, who will serve as the liaison between Bishop-Wisecarver (BW) and various external vendors providing marketing services to BW. Oversee the administrative and tactical requirements of the Marketing Department. Manage projects as needed. Supervise the Marketing staff. Responsible for implementing the marketing strategy and campaign that creates the revenue pipeline for accelerating company growth.

Bishop-Wisecarver is an American manufacturer based in Pittsburg, CA. We take pride in engineering and manufacturing linear and rotary motion solutions and providing added value for our global partners. This position will report to the President.


  • Manages the marketing department to include providing direct supervision to the Sr. Product Manager, the Digital Marketing & Web Specialist, and the Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison to the various external vendors providing marketing services to Bishop-Wisecarver.
  • Work closely with the President, sales and external marketing services in the development of a BW Marketing Plan. Support the development of a marketing strategy (including brand awareness, persona marketing) and execute the marketing plan based on content matrix.
  • Works in collaboration with Sales and Engineering to develop the company’s VOC database. Develops action plans based on VOC feedback.

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience industrial or B2B marketing
    • 2 years of management experience
    • Proficient in the use of Sugar CRM, Marketo, Magento, and Google analytics.
    • Strong content and digital marketing experience needed (brochure development, email marketing campaigns, events)
    • Strong project management skills are essential to this position
    • Strong technical skills are required, knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
    • Strong sales background, excellent people skills, and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Some travel to may be required (approx. 20-30%)
    • Proficient is using databases, pivot tables, and the manipulation of data and creation of reports
    • Ability to lead and motivate others, build effective working relationships, and exhibit positive leadership with the ability to mentor others
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical, industry-specific, and or scientific literature, financial reports, and basic legal documents
    • Ability to effectively present information to all levels within the organization (executive management to front line employees), public groups, and/or the Board of Directors
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    • Ability to prioritize, analyze, delegate tasks and solve problems effectively
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and strategic and creative thinking abilities
